Orders management


Inside each received order, different actions can be performed:


You can:

  • print the order, the print preview will open where all the order details are shown;
  • send and manage the shipping through the Emotion app. You have to previously installed the app inside the app market;
  • download the invoice. It is automatically generated from the system. You can delete invoices from the section File >> Documents and then you can regenerate it;
  • export an XML file of the order.

Inside the order form you can manage the status of your order.


Inside each order you can find the risk analysis that identifies the origin of the order, and in case of multidomain, identifies also the domain from which the order has been placed:


Finally, you can insert private or public notes related to the order:

Private notes are internal notes and they are not visible from the final client. Vice versa, public notes are visible to the final client and they are added also to the footer of the order printing.
