Order management


Various actions can be taken within each order you receive:


You can:

  • print the order (the print preview will open where all the order details are shown);
  • send and manage the shipping through the Emotion app. You have to have previously installed the app within the app market;
  • download the invoice. Invoices are automatically generated by the system. You can delete invoices by browsing to File > Documents, and then regenerate them;
  • export an XML file of the order.

You can manage the status of an order from the order form:


Each order contains a risk analysis that identifies the origin of the order and, for multi-domains, identifies the domain from which the order has been placed:


Finally, you can insert private or public notes related to the order:

Private notes are internal notes; they are not visible to the final client. Conversely, public notes are visible to the client; they are added also to the footer of the printed order.
